It’s the story of how a radical, ideologically-driven form of DEI unwittingly managed to capture our biggest companies and institutions.

Costing billions, trampling over free speech, fairness and men’s mental health - all whilst turning out (Harvard data shows) to be counterproductive to the very people it was meant to help.

Tim explores what are better, evidence-based ways to genuinely address discrimination - that can meaningfully make that much-needed difference.
